I was absolutely blown away by this place! The view from the room was breathtaking, especially with the snow falling outside. The buffet meals were to die for, with such a huge selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to ensure our room was prepared perfectly. I loved the balcony onsen bath, it was such a relaxing experience. And the convenience of having a delivery service for souvenirs was a great bonus.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. It offers luxurious comfort and quality services, from the stunning views and delicious buffet meals to the attentive staff and relaxing onsen bath.

The room was spacious and the service was excellent. The buffet dinner and breakfast were outstanding, offering a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel also had convenient amenities like a convenience store and souvenir shop. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable experience.

Ocean view, high-quality half-board, courteous staff, in-house onsen with stunning view, relaxing location by the sea.
None.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed two complementary facts and were delighted with the key location, which offered beautiful views of the sea or the mountainside from the large public hot spring bathrooms. we appreciated the opportunity to indulge in a traditional Japanese-style tatami room, which offered a unique and comfortable experience.
It was a significant inconvenience as we needed access to plan our sightseeing itinerary. the quality of the food was not noteworthy, and the dining room felt overcrowded during peak hours.

We stayed in a Japanese tatami room with a futon by the sea, just in front of the onsen bus stop. The hot spring baths were clean and offered a beautiful view. , the dinner and breakfast buffets were decent. However, the waiters took their time cleaning up used plates. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful.
The hotel didn't provide WiFi service in the rooms, which made it inconvenient for us to plan and book our sightseeing for the trip.
